เด็กหญิงตัวน้อยที่เกิดจากจินตนาการในวัยเด็กของศิลปิน ผสมรวมกับตุ๊กตากระต่ายเน่าที่ศิลปินรักในวัยเยาว์ ออกมาเป็นคาแรคเตอร์ “หูยาว” เดิมทีเด็กหญิงไม่ได้มีชื่อเรียกเป็นของตัวเองแต่อย่างใด แต่ผู้คนที่ได้มาพบเจอมีภาพจำและตั้งให้ตามเอกลักษณ์ “เจ้าหูยาว” หูยาวเปรียบเสมือน เปลวไฟอันแสนอบอุ่น และส่องสว่างอยู่ในจิตใจภายใต้ร่างกายผู้ใหญ่ ที่ถูกบีบอัดไปด้วยหน้าที่ทางสังคม และความคาดหวังจากผู้อื่น วิถีที่เรียบง่ายและเอาแต่ใจ ทำให้หลายครั้งเราไม่ต้องตั้งคำถามกับชีวิตให้มากมาย อยากจะรักก็รัก อยากจะรู้สึกก็รู้สึก
ผลงานในนิทรรศการ HUUYAOW: MOOD x GARDEN จัดแสดงสองคอลเลคชั่น ที่วาดเป็น NFT ART ตลอดระยะเวลา 1 ปีที่กลับมาวาดภาพ
เริ่มต้นการเดินทางกันด้วย HUUYAOW x MOOD คล้ายการสะสมสิ่งของ และบรรยากาศที่หูยาวรับรู้และรู้สึกในแต่ละวัน เป็นไดอารี่ภาพปะติดเล่มเล็กๆ เพื่อบอกเล่าสิ่งที่หูยาวพบเจอและนึกถึงในแต่ละวัน หลายๆครั้ง ก็ทำให้รำลึกย้อนไปในอดีต ที่มีความหลากหลายอารมณ์ปะปนอยู่ในนั้น ทั้งความรู้สึกคิดถึงความสุข เศร้า อร่อย หอม สดชื่น ล้วนเป็นความรู้สึกที่น่าจดจำ แม้เวลาผ่านมาเนินนานจนถึง ณ เวลาปัจจุบัน
HUUYAOW’s Garden of Words ตั้งชื่อตามอนิเมชั่น The Garden of Words (2013) โดยอาจารย์มาโคโตะ ชินไค เป็นอนิเมชั่นเรื่องโปรดของหูยาว แต่ความหมายที่ต้องการสื่อต่างออกไป หูยาวพบเจอกับช่วงเวลาที่คำพูดไม่สามารถสื่อสารจากหัวใจได้ กลายเป็นความคิดที่อัดแน่นอยู่ในหัว แต่ปล่อยออกมาเป็นคำพูดได้ยากลำบาก การใช้ดอกไม้สื่อสารแทนคำพูดตรงๆ อาจจะเป็นทางออกที่อบอุ่นและนุ่มนวลกว่า ความหมายของดอกไม้แตกต่างกันออกไปในแต่ละประเทศ บ้างก็ใช้แทนคำขอบคุณ บ้างก็ใช้แทนคำอวยพร บ้างก็ใช้แทนคำขอโทษ ใดใดก็ตามการสื่อสารล้วนดีกว่าการไม่สื่อสาร

Starting the journey with HUUYAOWxMOOD, the collection demonstrates collecting things and the atmosphere that Huuyaow perceives and feels each day. It is a small visual diary that tells of the things Huuyaow encounters and thinks about each day. Oftentimes, the present evokes the past with a mix of emotions — longing, happiness, sadness, deliciousness,
freshness — all memorable.
HUUYAOW’s Garden of Words is inspired by the animation film “The Garden of Words” by Makoto Shinkai, but interpreted
differently. Huuyaow experienced a time when words failed to convey heartfelt emotions, resulting in thoughts compressed within the mind with difficulties in speaking out. Using flowers could be a gentler means of communication as flowers carry diverse meanings across cultures — gratitude, blessings and apologies. Communication through flowers is always preferable to none.
